Eternal Amour Parfums takes pride in every product we create. The goal is to always deliver quality with our handmade & custom blended products. Due to this, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Before making your purchase it is very important to carefully read all the scent notes for the product including product descriptions. 

 

If your order arrives damaged please contact us at EternalAmourParfums@gmail.com with in 24 hours of receiving the delivery. The customer MUST provide photo/video evidence of the damaged items in order to be credited. We always want our customers to be happy & we will send you a replacement or offer a store credit. 

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing before the order is shipped. This is excluding holiday’s & weekend’s. Order processing will begin the day after the order is placed. 

Once your order has shipped you will receive tracking information via the e-mail address that you have provided. It is very important to provide the correct mailing address, Eternal Amour Parfums is not responsible for any orders that are shipped to incorrect mailing addresses.
